Why specialists

A trade built around detail.

Flat roofing and waterproofing are not the same craft as pitched-roof work. Seams are welded, not fastened. Falls are engineered, not implied. A missed detail at a parapet or a penetration is invisible from the ground and catastrophic in a storm — so we work to the specification every time, not just when someone is watching.

Our team installs GAF EverGuard TPO, Mapei Evolight torch-on, and Equus Industries Chevaline Dexx tanking membranes. Each of those systems carries a manufacturer warranty — and that warranty only holds if the installer is certified and the detailing is correct. We are, and we do.

Leon leads the crew on site; Sam and Casey handle briefs, specifications, and scheduling. You speak to the same three people from the first quote through to the final walk-through. That's the job, and that's how we've always run it.

Work that gives back.

We partner with Habitat for Humanity on South Island builds and run an active material-recycling programme on every site — offcuts, packaging, and end-of-life membrane diverted from landfill where the material stream allows it. Roofing generates waste; we take the responsibility for what happens to it seriously.
